Prices

We currently accept insurance from Cigna, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Aetna, and United Healthcare (UNH/UBH). If you do not have one of these insurances, you can pay out-of-pocket. If you pay out of pocket, your insurance company may reimburse you for the visit as an out-of-network service. See this link for more information about how insurance reimbursement works. We do not accept Medicare or Medicaid.

*If you are using insurance, your visit cost is dependent on your contract with your insurance company. I will check the status of your insurance before your first appointment to make sure you are covered.
